Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyMaza and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PartyMaza against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate (for example, by posting an update or sending email). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless prohibited by law.
