Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and billing disputes work for purchases made through PartyMaza (for example, time-limited access or rentals to host specific games). Payment processing may be handled by a third party such as Stripe; their rules may also apply.
Digital access
Many PartyMaza offerings grant immediate digital access. Where access has already been delivered or activated, refunds may be limited or unavailable except as required by law or as stated at checkout.
Promotional and zero-charge checkout
If a valid promotion or promo code reduces the price to zero, no payment is collected and there is typically nothing to refund. If a technical error causes an incorrect charge, contact us and we will work to correct it.
Duplicate charges and obvious errors
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, or the amount is clearly wrong, contact us with your receipt and account email. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit.
Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please email us so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks may result in suspension of access while disputes are reviewed.
How to request help
Email billing@partymaza.com from the address associated with your account. Include the date of purchase, approximate amount, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
